Return Policy

U.S. Orders

We offer a 30-day unconditional return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Gift cards, accessories, opened personal care items, free gifts, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Please note: We do not offer prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Return

  1. Email us at Sippa.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and return request.

  2. Choose from:

    • Product exchange

    • Refund Voucher (for immediate reuse on our store)

    • Refund to your original payment method

  3. After confirmation from our team, carefully repackage the item.

  4. Use a trackable shipping service, and apply the new shipping label over the old one if reusing the original box.

  5. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer care team.

If your item is defective but outside the return window, warranty terms may apply. Please refer to your warranty card or contact support.

Return Shipping & Handling Fee


If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong item ordered), we will deduct $12.50 from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label and handling.

Refunds

To expedite processing, include your name and order number in the package and email us the return tracking number.

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • You’ll get a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective Products

If your item arrived faulty, please send us a short video demonstrating the issue.
Once verified by our team, no return is needed — we will issue a refund or replacement immediately.

Additional Notes

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your location.
