Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the contiguous United States, as well as to Alaska and Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories at this time.

Shipping Fees
  • Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $60 (after discounts, before tax).

  • For orders under $60, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

  • We work with trusted logistics partners (such as Amazon Logistics, UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to ensure fast and reliable delivery. The carrier is selected based on your delivery address and order size.

  • 5. I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?

  • We try to ship your items in one package. However, depending on product size and warehouse availability, items may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.

  • 6. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

  • We can’t change the shipping address once your order has been shipped. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • 7. What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged package?
